Description
It's been nagging in my head to do my own christmas card design for friends and family, instead of just buying them
Inspiration came from my first sighting of a kingfisher! It was at a relatives house by the river and i was so excited
I had been told that he is a regular visitor but was never there to see him.
By sheer luck i had my camera at hand, managing a fuzzy shot before he flew (i may post it to scraps and link)
Scaled based on the envelopes i bought : 15 x 9cm
Materials: Watercolour, fine-liner and GIMP
